Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Ah well that is good news then! Try these things-
Test voltage by place the battery and VapeSafe in the bowl without the button- put one lead on the center pin of the connector and one on the negative side of the battery. Let me know if that shows voltage or not...
If it does-
Check to see if the key ring is sitting slightly above the battery when the battery and VapeSafe are in the bowl without the button on.
If the key ring is slightly below the battery then you may have a VapeSafe that was soldered wrong and is taller than most. Or our bores are off. If the key ring is sitting slightly above the battery it may be a switch issue.
Try depressing the switch at an angle instead of straight down. Occasionally we get a switch that doesn't like to fire when pressed straight down. However if it does fire at an angle the problem could be a low key ring and not the switch.

Let me know your findings from all this and then we can move forward.

Okay, seems I was confused reading you last post... But I think I understand what is going on.
Can you take a picture of the pipe showing the height of the battery/ring and also a profile so I can see how much of the button is sticking out of the top?
It sounds like the key ring is too low btw.

Ok...first pic shows the keyring in relation to the bottom of the battery...hard to tell scale, but it's about 1 mm lower.

Second pic is the side view you requested.

And the measured thickness of the vape safe is 2.52mm.

Yeah, looks like it'll need to be sent in. Email Katie and we'll get it sorted for you.
Please send your VapeSafe and button in with the pipe as well. I'd like to check all dimensions.
We are fine tuning bore depths for the V3 this week, seeing everything together with your pipe will help.
I'll throw in a 30 ml of juice for the trouble as well, just let Katie now and be sure to write it on your return form so we remember to stick it in there. Let us know what flavor and mg/ml you want :)

Ok. Will email her tonight. I would also check the magnet(?) under the brass strip in the bottom...looks like it's sitting proud of the bottom of the bore about 1mm.

Matt the steam. Sauces are non tobacco right? Thinking of trying a few.

Right, Steam Sauce strays far from the PipeSauce line. No Tobacco's, mostly sweets, fruity's, and savories. We should be discussing how we're going to go about sample bottles in this mornings meeting. Hopefully I'll have an ETA on that before too long.

Good deal, I'm ready to try out the new line of Steam.

Here is another pic....yes I need to order a real stem but RO tubing comes in handy for many things and works like a champ. Laugh if you will...a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do...LOL

I kinda like the flexi stem idea. (Hell, I'm using rolled up socks for pipe stands ;) )

He is beautiful! Is he full German Shepherd? Cause he's got ears like a Briard...or maybe he hasn't grown into them yet.

Thanks we just adore him. Yes he is full GSD. His dad was a long coat and mom was a short coat. I think he will have a plush coat, kind of in between. He has some major ear floofies.....LOL He actually turned 5 months old today so he still has some growing to do.

We lost our previous GSD last year in July :(. We also have three little ankle biters....:)
