Ah well that is good news then! Try these things-
Test voltage by place the battery and VapeSafe in the bowl without the button- put one lead on the center pin of the connector and one on the negative side of the battery. Let me know if that shows voltage or not...
If it does-
Check to see if the key ring is sitting slightly above the battery when the battery and VapeSafe are in the bowl without the button on.
If the key ring is slightly below the battery then you may have a VapeSafe that was soldered wrong and is taller than most. Or our bores are off. If the key ring is sitting slightly above the battery it may be a switch issue.
Try depressing the switch at an angle instead of straight down. Occasionally we get a switch that doesn't like to fire when pressed straight down. However if it does fire at an angle the problem could be a low key ring and not the switch.
Let me know your findings from all this and then we can move forward.
