I was wondering what everyone is using for batteries.

I bought Efest batteries from epipes and they seem die really fast. The batteries that I use for my K100 are still kicking strong after after a year of use. I rotate 3 batteries. They are cheap 18350 trustfires. The epipe I use sparingly because it was expensive, so I would expect the batteries to last longer. I probably use the K100 4 times as much. I tried the Efest batteries in the K100 and died within 20 mins while I can still go half a day with the trust fires.

Is there any better flat tops?

You can pick up the purple efest and AW 18350 at Lighthound. Trusted vendor, fast shipping.

Matt, if that second pic is what I think it is, then it needs a picture from a better angle.

There are more pics of it on the Face Pages. I was hoping it was an 18650 Gandy but it is hollowish in the bottom. Were you checking it out when you were there? Looks cool.

Yeah, I was. Noticed the new design and commented on it. Was hoping for an angle showing the dual prong design.

Hello, fellow Pipers - I hate to report this, but we have been having server issues all day. Our IT guys are frantically trying to get things up and running. For now, today's Whittler release will be pushed back until 3:30 PM EST. Will keep you updated. Sorry for the chaos on this very important day!
