ePower and Fluxomizer Fit with cone?

I have been searching for an hour.. Will the fluxomizer fit under the ePower cone?

Also, I am trying to decide between the fluxomizer and the vortex? Opinions. (I'll be using these with the ePower and I love how my ecig looks, ie: aesthetics are semi-important)
