epower charger not charging batteries?

Love the epower 14650 from Breezesmokes. The issue I'm having is that I don't think the charger is charging my batteries. When I got the kit, the note from Breezesmokes said to charge the bats first. I put a battery in, making sure the + to + lined up. Charger showed immediate solid green light. I put it all together, and the epower worked like a charm. After about a day, the light on the unit started blinking, so I switched batts, and put depleted battery on charger. Immediate green light on charger again, but even after "charging" for 2-3 hours, they are still dead. I know the batteries will hold a charge, because they came in the box charged. I've narrowed it down to the charger. Does anyone have any insight on the charger? By the way, it's the charger that came with the epower. Thanks for any suggestions.

Have had no problems with the kits. I usually charge the batteries before I send out the kits, but had so many orders, the couple of kits I had charged had just gone out.

Talk about customer service!. Just got an email from Don, and he is resolving the issue! Thank you, Don, for the fast response. I really do love the epower, and I'm blown away at Breezesmokes CS!
