Hi all,
I’ve been doing a tremendous amount of reading and shopping and now I’m ready to solicit some help :)

First question, has anyone tried the new disposable atomizer cartridges? My concern is that I have
read about a burn-in period to eliminate the factory taste and I’m wondering if I’ll ever eliminate it because I’d always be replacing the old with the new.

Second question, are the disposable atomizer cartridges 4 hole? Every video I’ve seen shows the smoker drawing so hard that I’d never consider purchasing an e-cig designed like that. I know the draw is harder than an analog but it should be within reason. The last thing we all need are more lines on our faces.

Other than the 2 things mentioned above, so far, I am really sold on the concept. No cleaning, no e-liquid fuss, no potential cooties building up, buying $30 replacement atomizers, etc is worth the extra cartridge $ to me. It just sounds totally convenient and portable.

So, if anyone has tried the ePuffer EAZE Magnum or similar, I’d like to hear about your experience and thoughts, and especially if you could address my cartridge questions.

SIDE NOTE
I’ve found e-cigs with some of the features that I’d like but not all. If you know of any e-cig with the following features, please let me know. My ideal e-cig:
Mini – 84mm length, 8.5 or smaller diameter
Disposable 4-hole Atomizer Cartridges – assorted flavors and nicotine levels
Color selectable LED
USB hookup bypassing battery (not a USB battery charger) – this is probably a separate purchase.

Thanks!

(1) It is a good unit but cartridges are expensive--not very user friendly for refilling
(2) Draw is not bad at all--review videos just try to give you the smoke production
(3) Battery life is good
(4) Drawbacks are you are locked into their cartridges--an nice unit to try if you are not refilling and do not mind the expense

I've reviewed the Magnum, as well as the compatable models from Smoke51 and e-cig.com. In sumary, the disposables produce TONS of vapor, by far more than any other e-smoking device I've tried yet, and good cartridges will last a good pack's worth of vaping. They are very satisfying to use, don't require a long drag, and with a good battery isn't hard to draw at all. But getting a good battery is the key.

The Magnum has the best batteries, so I'd suggest their starter kit, but about half of the cartridges didn't last more than 50 puffs, so I'd have to suggest you get your cartridges from S51 or e-cig,com. E-cig.com is the cheapest option for cartridges, at about half the price, and are just as good as S51's, with more options for flavors and strengths than either e-Puffer or S51.

See the reviews for a detailed demo, and read the text review for a full evaluation of performance for each on a 1-5 scale.

And, for a second opinion, Dusty also has a video review:
