Equivalent to 20 gauge syringe?

I've been on here a lot getting info about rebuilding. I want to build a diamond coil, but in the video RiP uses a 20 gauge syringe if I recall correctly. Is there any drillbit in inches equivalent to this? Or else what would be a good substitute for a 20 gauge syringe on a Diamond coil? Thanks!
