Hey davon,

For the life of me I can't get the tube to be secure with the base. I have the older version and the newer one with the spring in the base. But I always get juice to leak through the base to the battery connector and the gurgling is non stop. Or the other thing that drives me crazy is the burning sour taste because it doesn't seem to wick properly.

I've even tried the mod where you make small incisions on the silicon sleeve and that didn't help. Any tips to get these things to work? I've gone through about 10 of them and only got about 2 to work initially. After I clean them and try to put it back together the tube will not stay firm on the base. Thanks!
