Ethanol/Ethyl Alcohol

I recently purchased a small bottle of alcohol from a pharmacy in a country I was visiting. The label says 70% Ethanol plus purified water. Lists no other ingredients and/or additives. Is that on par with the ingredients in Vodka? Am I safe using it?

The Brand is called FLORIS from an Israeli company. I am a little hesitant to use it because the spec sheet specifically warns : Attention, Do Not Swallow. Not that I plan to, But they further warn this "medicine" is intended for external use.

This is the company's website. You could contact them asking for an MSDS. Most manufacturers I know are happy to provide one. At the least they should tell you if it is a denatured blend.

Looking at the product page, I'd think it's just ethanol and water since it says nothing about denaturing or any other ingredients, but of course I am not familiar with Israel's regulatory requirements.
