Thought I would share these links to Hangsen concentrate sellers, as I too have a hard time getting my hands on what I am looking for. Especially this is true for tobacco flavors.

A great shop, with a bonus system and a decent collection of flavors. Cheapest P&P
Good selection of tobacco flavors.
DIY e-liquid Flavours
Prices are a little steep, and the P&P is quite high for shipments outside EU/UK

Price level equal to misteliquid, but P&P a tad higher.
