Electric Vapor Cigarettes (EVC) has made me a very happy customer.
Issue one: I ordered several sets of CE6 clearos with 5 heads in each box, each a different resistance. I could not figure out which heads were which. Sent a quick email to CS and got a speedy reply on identifying the resistance of each head. What impressed me was the prompt reply and clear cut well written response.
Issue two: One of the CE6 sets was DOA. I tried two heads and could not get it to work, and emailed asking for a replacement. I received another well written speedy response with instructions to test if the problem was the head or the base. After identifying the problem is the base, they are sending out a replacement part.
I'm also impressed with the layout of the site and the reasonable prices. I will continue to order from EVC.
