Ever Just Had a Bad Vaping Day?

One of those days when the planets must have aligned just right, because there was no way I was going to get a good puff at any point throughout the day. Tried tanks on the ProVari, Cartos on the ProVari, Attys and cartos on both REO's and there was a malfunction at every turn.

Also learned the foibles of atty primer and how they've managed to duplicate the flavor of lighting the filter of a cigarette. It's amazing they can perfect that, but not the taste of an actual burning cigarette. Things that make ya go hmmmm.

PBusardo mentioned bad vaping days once in one of his videos, and just said "It's tough...but we just push through it..."

I haven't been at it very long, and I'm learning a lot, but *(&$%!

I had a bad vaping day last week.. my tank flooded on my way home from work, which is a two hour drive. My battery died, spilled my juice, lost my drip tip and just couldn't taste anything or get a good puff

i think we all have some bad vaping days,they tend to happen less and less often as we learn our equipment and juices better ,but inevitably theirs always going to be a bad carto,atty,battery etc and nothing you can really do about it til you get home.

Oh my friend I could tell you about bad vaping days, it's really the trial and error that brought me to know what I know now but DAMN I wish it would have been a less hassle free journey.

I got very discouraged with vaping for a time, seemed all the stuff I bought had too many issues or needed constant tweaks and was never consistent.

To me vaping should be as hassle free as lighting up a cig, I feel like just now the industry is finally producing that level of product and I can finally find set ups that are giving me a great return for the investment.

That having been said I feel like I have paid my dues to this industry and it still takes advantage of me from time to time.

I had one of those yesterday. All of my liquids managed to taste like crap, everything seemed to want to leak on me and I couldn't get good "smoke" out of anything. I swear I spent most of the day constantly cleaning off the battery and connections from fluid. Not sure what was going on but it was really aggravating . It's a good thing there weren't any cigs in the house.

All my batteries were dead one day last week. While one was charging I felt like a dog waiting for the bowl to be put on the floor.

I am finding out that I have to drink copious amounts of water to stay hydrated, staying hydrated seems to brighten up my taste buds and I always get better hits.

Now, battery, tank and carto problems are just problems that you have to have backup's for.

I have had a few of them days. But with a bit of experience I have settled into a routine to ensure I have backup available if I should need it.

Knowing I have very little patience in the early morning (i.e. before a sufficient amount of coffee), I put fresh batteries in my Provari and Reo each night before I go to bed. And refill my bottle on my Reo, my tank, and my Vivi Novas. And I recharge my batteries each morning.

From your story I have learned that maybe carrying an extra bottle of juice and a carto or 2 with me is a good idea in case what juice I have pre-picked the night before ends up sucking.

One day, on my way to work, burned the cotton in my RBA. Rush to work, grab the spare carto from my desk, fire it, and realize that it was not primed.

Had to run around the office asking people if they have any cotton balls. Oh, the looks I got that day...

I have had days when I couldn't get a RBA to work for love nor money...days like that are made for dripping in a 306 with a cannon tip.

My worst vape day so far was when I was running late for work and just grabbed my ego twist and ran out the door. Literally 5 mins into my commute I tried to take a toot and didnt even get a single puff when the battery died. No spares. It was a long day.

lol on the ride to work last week.. I made the mistake of grabing my zmax by the tank and forgot that specific tank doesnt lock in place.. the thing opened up and i spilled a full tank of juice on my lap. French vanilla was all i could smell for the entire day.

luckily they were black pants since I live and hour away from work..but either way it was a bad start to the morning!

i would have bought a disposable from the gas station to get me through the day.. no way i could last. u must have great self control lol

the past few days.... im on my last iclearo and have nothing else to put liquid in. im using mt bakers monster energy in it and its completely disgusting making me sick i dont know if its the juice or clearo..... vape is just too hot in my mouth also

I KNOW THAT'S RIGHT! I'm in that situation right now and kicking myself because I wasted good punch cartos.

I can identify with every person here and the various mishaps that we all have. The bad vape day from yesterday is bleeding over into today and I finally got mad and threw the atomizer completely away. YUCKOLA! I'm hoping RBA's are better because that was just self punishment. I usually carry a backup, today is my REO Mini with a mini carto - which is about on its last leg before the flavor goes downhill.

One thing I haven't quite got used to yet is the hour or so of maintenance after work that it takes to get things up and running again.

Susieq - Great suggestion on the juices - the ones I pick out at night are NOT the ones I want the next days - just never happens.

I have a tendency to carry 2 ego cases with me, one small the other large, an over kill I'm sure. I have 8 flavors in diff clearos, 4 extra batteries, 2 extra drip tips (duh) and why I ask myself but nor really sure except to say Self because u can. These I keep in an over the shoulder kind of man purse thingy lol in which holds 3 charging devices and another 4 spare Batteries for my Vamo.

Hmmm no wonder the GF says I go over board with stuff.

Oh well it does cut down on a few of those bad days.

Now about that 2 ml tank of my fav liquid that was on my pants yesterday, sure I had spares but a tear still cane to my eye. Lol
