Everything is burnt

Terrible flavor after a few vapes and sometimes the first vape. I use the basic pen shaped batteries or a little fancier one with the button to preheat. I have the simple disposable clear cartomizer a and the carts that I can replace the wick. I've bought juice from different stores thinking that would solve the problem and it hasn't. Could my charger mess up my batteries? I've been doing this for two years and never had this problem
