Evic dead less than 3months

What kind of warranty dose joyetech have on there evic? The screen is dead and will not fire Thanks Dave

Sounds like my first eVic... made it 28 days. Which was good compared to the second one, which lasted 10. Both of mine came with a 28-day warranty from the vendor, though apparently there was a little juice in the head of the first one so they wouldn't honor it. The second one was spotless... we'll see how that goes.

Third one should be here before long. I'm wondering if it can set a new record.

In the case of both of mine, I think it's the button. The screen comes on when I plug it in, and it'll talk to MVR... it just doesn't do anything when I hit the button. Unfortunately, that sort of gets in the way of some of the little side features of my eVics... like being able to vape with them.

Have you tested it by connecting to MVR?
Have you Metered the Battery?
Have you cleaned the Contacts/spring

Have you Metered the Battery? yes and try other batters AW IMRs

yes all contacts are clean

Next thing would be to contact your Retailer where you purchased the eVic.
If they do not show an interest in helpinh out, contact Joyetech with the information and see if they can help. One member here just got his, a few months old, replaced.(Head only)

There are many good things about the eVic but durability isn't one of them. My 60 day old eVic is on its last legs due to 1) a juice spill and 2) it rolled off of a coffee table. I realize that both of those things are considered "user error" but they really are common errors. My Twists have been through much worse with no ill effects.
