It works just fine, just don't get the battery life of the 18650, but I like the size.
And it's dang cute too. The black looks much better than I thought it would. I think it was Fury's pic of the black that made me get both colors.
I ended up getting both the black and silver 18350 tubes also. I use the silver with my silver vivi nova and the black with everything else.
I normally only put the small tubes on when I'm going out for dinner or to a bar, they seem to attract less attention.
That's exactly what I was thinking. Argentina and latins in general are extremely prejudiced. They see you putting out "smoke" and automatically think you're on drugs... I got many stares vaping on eGos, I can't imagine what will happen if they see me vape out of a full 18650 mod!
Do you carry a spare battery or the 700/800 mAh is enough for the night?
I'm thinking of a mini T3 in that config... The ultimate stealth vape!!!
What about the charge indicator? I assume that since you can't configure that battery the indicator won't show the real voltage.
To all! Have you tried another 18650 tube? Like the eGo 18650 mod? I don't like silver, I'd like the pink tube.
I carry the 18650 tube and battery with me just in case. But so far the little battery has gotten the job done because I've found if I'm trying to be discreet then I am not vaping as much.
Yes, you can change the mAh of the battery in the eVic with the 1.2 update so it will tell you the correct puffs left. But you don't have to change it to get the correct battery life left. All batteries are 3.7v batteries so it gauges how much is left by what the voltage of the battery is.

2) What is a GOOD battery charger for charging 18650 and 18350 batteries together?
3) Does one have to change the settings in MVR when switching batteries?
4) What is the correct 18350 battery for the eVic?

You can configure the evic to the mAh battery you are using through the evic itself. I use efest 800 mAh 18350s all the time and the lowet mAh you can configure the evic to through the menu is 800. If you decide to use the AW IMR 18350s at 700 mAh, you need to use the MVR software.
