I like them as well, but you can buy a 510 to ego adapter which makes it work on any 510 device. I just like the bottom coil vaporizers because of the cooler vape. I did not totally agree with you on your review of the Eternity which has become my out and about vape. If you use the adapter to the ego T tank, they do not leak. Those tanks are convenient for easy swapping when on the go. The open tube when used as a dripper would probably cause leaking, but then again, if dripping were my only option, I would not be vaping. Just think about the options available to us today from RBA's, tanks, PV's, to ceramic, wire, and other types of wicks. There is something out there to satisfy everyone.
