Hi friends,
i just purchased a evod2 , and I have a few nooby questions,
can I use eliquids from any vendors with this system?
it seems both batteries are charged straight out of the box?
how often do I have to change the wick?

cheers
anthony

1:
Yes;
But if it's plastic, certain flavors react with plastic and should not be used;

2:
They are lithium batteries; they are not supposed to be allowed to drop below about 2.5 volts or so; we usually recharge when they drop to 3.3 volts.

3:
Change atomizer head within a week (for former packaday smoker).
You can get your atomizers extended life by dryburning coil to clean, rewicking with cotton

:2c: I'm a noob too. However, I am hooked on this EV .... big time. I started with a Stardust kit from a reputable on-line merchant. It included two CE4 type tanks. Disposable with screw on drippers. Last week I went shopping before going to a movie. I stopped in at a EV dealer I had been told about on here. Great help, good prices, etc. So, I sank 10 bucks into two Kanger EVOD2 tanks. Now remember this is antidotal from me....Biggest waste of money so far on this quit smoking journey so far. They leak, both of them. The drip tip just presses into the tank body. Both tips are loose, easily removed, hell one just fell out when I turned it upside down to unscrew the base. Now, either I drew a ....ty number or KEVOD2's are just junk but, once I filled them, I started chuffing. The amount of air allowed in was massive. So much so, that it diluted the vape to almost nothing. There are 3 tiny holes around the base. Once I awkwardly covered two (I needed both hands in order to cover them and press the button) it improved 10 fold. Almost as good as my CE4. Others on this forum swear by the EVOD2. Not me. :p

Needless to say, I don't use my new Kangers anymore. I switched back to the disposable CE4. I'm going to look into the iClear series. Looks like a CE4, maybe it works as well. If not, I'll just keep buying the disposables.

I'm not looking to sink over $100 into a rig. :facepalm:

Keep on chuffin' :vapor:
