Just wanted to post that I had an excellent experience with Totally Wicked US this week. I placed an order early in the week and it had a system error that caused it to be deleted. I contacted Totally Wicked and gave them the order number. They immediately resolved the issue for me without suspicion or complaint. The representative on the phone restored my order and shipped it himself after he got off the phone with me. I received my order three days after placing it and the atomizers are in perfect condition.
I see so many negative posts about TW on this forum, but I have not have a negative experience with the company. I think that Totally Wicked is a genuinely great company that cares about its customers and the future of the e cigarette business.
I forgot to mention also that double checking process ensures that I've never had an order arrive that had a mistake in it. The pens that come in the order are also a nice touch.
I will definitely be ordering again,
