Just wanted to post that I had an excellent experience with Totally Wicked US this week. I placed an order early in the week and it had a system error that caused it to be deleted. I contacted Totally Wicked and gave them the order number. They immediately resolved the issue for me without suspicion or complaint. The representative on the phone restored my order and shipped it himself after he got off the phone with me. I received my order three days after placing it and the atomizers are in perfect condition.

I see so many negative posts about TW on this forum, but I have not have a negative experience with the company. I think that Totally Wicked is a genuinely great company that cares about its customers and the future of the e cigarette business.

I forgot to mention also that double checking process ensures that I've never had an order arrive that had a mistake in it. The pens that come in the order are also a nice touch. :)

I will definitely be ordering again,

I agree too. I've had nothing but good service and, when one of my DV flavour concentrates had managed to jump ship somewhere between packing and my door, I got a lovely email reply and a replacement the next day. One reason I didn't linger on this forum initially was the slagging off that seemed to go on from the same old names. Glad I got to vaping late if I missed the birthing issues lol. ;-)

I made an order on Friday night of last week and its on my door step Monday morning. Order was correct, prices were some of the best on the items I ordered and I even got a free pen to boot! Personally I have ordered a handful of times in the last year and each and every time the products are exactly what I expected and the shipping fast.
