Received my black Titan today and what a lovely piece of kit it is. Not tried it out yet but just like to thank Jason and Totally Wicked for an exceptional service and very professional products.
I inadvertently chose vanilla instead of virginia when I ordered but only noticed when I went back to check the order history. I phone straight away, spoke to a lovely young lady who made a note of my mistake and said she would attend to it.
I received the virginia with my order as promised, you cant get any better than that!
The packaging is very professional and looks great, the service is excellent, the liquid is excellent and with the new multi pack buys on batteries and atomisers what more could anyone want!
