Exciting news ‪#‎HaloNation‬! We will be exhibiting at the ‪#‎ASDLV‬ Retail Merchandise Trade Show in Las Vegas from August 4th to 7th! It is a trade only event, not open to the public but if you are from the area please encourage someone from your local shop to come visit our booth! We will hopefully be attending additional shows throughout the year, I'll keep you up to date, we would love to meet some of our amazing fans and get into more of your local stores!

Halo and Cinder in Vegas. Had a nice visit, good looking, busy booth with lots of product giveaways! Sorry, no photos allowed on the convention floor. A real commitment to expand the retail component of the business. New displays and product packaging will look much better on store shelves than the stuff we're all use to. Cinder will show it all when appropriate. The best is a new, cheaper starter to knock out the junk competition on store shelves. I liked mine, especially since I didn't have to win a competition to get it! Plenty of competition, nothing great. Again, this is a retail show so the internet only vendors would not be here. Got bunches of bottles of weird juice, surprisingly Halo was the only one giving out hardware (except disposables), I was surprised at the hookah presence! Probably twice the amount of vendors as Ecig vendors. I know little about it, just seemed to me to be miles of weird shaped glass.
One booth babe tried to get me to vape 'flower petal fragrance' honest, she had a Triton like setup but the tank had a circle of fiber with a big hole in the center, she packed what looked like peet moss into it, I passed, think I'll stick to Halo LOL.

So yesterday yours truly (Steve) spent some time with Cinder and team plus Mike. Cinder and team are a joy to hang out with and the retail starter kit is outstanding and should be a huge hit. A classy booth. Mike's comments are spot on. I'm a hunk of metal nut job and perhaps 80% of the hardware (mods, tanks,bats, etc) were low quality knock offs. Poduct knowledge was certainly NOT in abundance.

So it's time for a little entertainment from the show:

LOL It was a very popular booth smack dab in the middle of Hookah land! I edited the clips down but the booth babes also danced in the isles of the show floor. Trust me, THAT is also an attention getter which is what you want if your in Hookah ville.

So Mike and Steve are talking to a vendor about his juice, mods, tanks, and bats. He admires and likes my holster strapped to my belt:



I was carrying "Big Bertha" so I could show Cinder the glass tank (PT 2) which I thought would be a great selection for Halo to carry. Of course I also had my goto old reliable Tritons/650s in my pocket using a JC holster. Wanna see it I ask. Sure. It's very cool. He holds it in his hands and I jokingly say, you wanna buy it. Sure, how much! Five bucks I uttered. WOW, great price. LOL Lets see, $1.94 for one is a pretty healthy profit but na I better help the lad make some money so I say those magic words to all of us...you ever hear of fasttech? What? What is that he mutters. I look at mike and roll my eyes. This is going to cost you dude for the source as in free juice. OK. Follow this link:

Like I said before, product and industry knowledge was NOT in abundance. Lets see I muttered to Mike as we walked away, ECF has over 4K posts in a single FT thread. LOL

Oh, convention stories, my favorite is the 'chief mixologist' who mixes-to-order and ships immediately. How long do I have to steep it before putting it on my store shelves? I ask (truth, I don't have a store, ignore the convention-fibs). He answers with a straight face 'My juice doesn't need any steeping. Steeping is only pushed to hide inferior flavorings.' Ummm,OK, thanks for the freebies (think I'll steep them anyway!)

Vegas was great! Still catching back up! Big thanks to boxcarmike and SeniorBoy for stopping by the booth and being my spies! Thanks for everyone's patience while I was gone, I know shipping and CS were a little hectic too so we're all catching up. We're looking at doing another show later in the year, I'll keep everyone updated!
