I originally placed order #10665 with them on Wednesday morning 11/13/13 with priority mail because their website says all orders ship same or next day. They are located in Austin, TX and I am in Houston so it worked out because I needed a mod by Saturday.


On Saturday 11/16/13 I already realized that I will not be receiving the item that day and my order still said processing, so I opened a ticket just to be sure that they received my order. No response so I sent them another ticket on 11/19/13.


After some digging on ECF, i noticed that they told another customer to use a different email account to contact them because the one on their website gets flooded. So On 11/20/13 I sent an email to exhalevapors.kayako.com. Still no response.


So now I am out $51 with no contact whatsoever from the vendor.
