Since I can't post this where it belongs I'm posting it here

I ordered from them my order came YESTERDAY missing the AGA-T2 I submitted a ticket immediately it was about 2pmEST I still haven't heard back since then I've sent 2 emails one to support@exhalevapors.com and one to theboss@exhalevapors.com I've also sent a message to the owner on Facebook.

When the item was first missing it was no big deal but their lack of communication leaves me quite nervous.

Does ANYONE have a PHONE number for them since on their website they neglect to provide it. I'd really rather not get beaten for $13 of my money.

Yea it's getting to the point of being ridiculous it has been OVER 24 hours and there's no contact from them. I mean come on I could understand if I was messaging him saying OH HEY HOW DO I BUILD A COIL and them taking forever to reply. But the fact of the matter is their company made a fundamental mistake and didn't properly package my order and I'm missing a $13 Item The second they see MISSING ITEM they should IMMEDIATELY reply and at the very least say we're working on trying to find out what happened yada yada yada.
