I just used a lung renewal juice that one of the ecf approved vendors sells when I started...it's got quite a few herbals that promote lung function and repair and natural expectorant in it and well it's tasty...works well too..

The first couple of weeks that I switched to PV, I used an antihistamine at bedtime. This helped me sleep and helped expel much of the toxic waste.

I wondered about using PGA in juice if it might help, I always used alcohol to clean my pipes, don't know if evaporated alcohol might have the same effect.
