Experience vapers please

I ordered a k100 with LG 18650HE2 batteries and a nimbus xl what it the lowest ohms I may go to without damaging the battery. (I will stay above it but I want a baseboard for my builds) serious answers only thx!!!!

You would want to stay below 20amps so no lower than app 0.25ohms

First step is get a decent ohm meter that at least reads to the hundredth decimal point and know the tolerance of that meter. Some of the basic meters sold by vape websites have a tolerance of 0.05 or greater and that makes a huge difference in power output when dealing with low resistance coils.

As to how low you can go I would say 0.2, however that should not be your goal. You just want to make sure not to go below that point.

Here is a great calculator along with other vape tools Ohm's law | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators You simply fill in two fields, in this case 4.2 volts (for a fully charged battery) and the resistance of your coil, say 0.25 ohms. That then shows an amp draw of 16.8 amps.
