I was going through literature and found a latest publication that simplifies nicotine inhalation.I thought Until the product is available commercially perhaps some Modding enthusiasts can take a shot at it.The latest publication simplified the earlier one(See here) by the use of tobacco powder(Like snus) instead of pure nicotine.The details and the pdf .The set up doesn't need pg or vg or any carrier.

As per my understanding a regular PV(Manual one) can be modified.An absorbent material(PTFE as per the document) loaded with pyruvic acid has to be in touch with heating coil and the pyruvic acid vapor(With Air) passes through a cylindrical mesh (that holds tobacco) creating a cloud of nicotine salt much like cigarette smoke.
Interesting process nopatch...but wouldnt you still have to buy tobacco? I dont know how much it is in India but here in the USA its expensive...on of the reasons people are quitting smoking.

You can use 100 mg/ml nicbase in place of tobacco.Also the tobacco consumption will be very less compared to smoking.
I am not sure
, if the citric acid in your commercial juice makes you lactate this pyruvic could do the same.It could be as much fun as smoking a cigarette minus the tar.
I am thinking of using a regular kr808d1 carto with reduced size wick(For pyruvic acid) and another filler soaked in 100 mg/ml nic towards the mouthpiece end.
Scratch that.Kr808d battery will be too big.One Ml of Pyruvic acid should give about a thousand 35ml puffs to simulate cigarette smoking.
