Im using a Janty Kissbox, but this should work with all cartridges, Im a heavy vapour and top up my cartridges frequently. I find that after 4 days the top of the filler is going distinctly brown, it absorbs less top-up, and gives less vapour. Im sure this happens to everyone.
Ive tried making a hole through the crust and making a slit in it (as tipped a few weeks ago), and got only a slight, short-lived improvement.
This works 100%: with tweezers, pull out the filler and replace the other way up. Works like a new cartridge for another 4 days. Then I sling it because I cant be bothered any more for the sake of a few pence. Thats 8 days for peanuts and almost no messing about.
