I think the best way would be to take the juice, and cook it in some sort of still. The water will evaporate, pass through the still and, condense into a separate container, and you would be left will pure flavor... You'd have to be careful not to cook the flavor though, so using a double-boiler might be necessary.

Would just boiling off the water without a condenser work?
