extreme newbie needs opinions/help please..

hi,
i've recently purchased the cleansmoke kit, which contains an atomizer and 10 filled cartridges. i think i'd prefer to use ejuice. i'm asking for recommendations on which would be the best brand to use, and which is the most reliable supplier? i've read so much, i've become confused. i'm reading a lot about different atomizers.. 510 or some such thing.....
i'm completely lost and have no idea where to start.
please share your views....

thanks for your speedy response. would you mind telling me which products you use? what do you prefer, and what would you stay away from? i am really confused at to which atomizer is best. i realize it does depend on one's needs and preferences, but i'm playing in the dark here....

Have a look at our e-liquid reviews page for popular tastes and suppliers - there are so many good supplier of lovely juices that you'll get overwhelmed quite fast with recommendations!
I use the Joye510 PV which I got from Cignot who also do one of my fave juices right now (cherry cola) and as for other juices - well I use a few suppliers lol
The other fave model of PV here is the KR8 series which many suppliers sell, inc Cigeasy and Vapor4Life.
Some of the faves are:
