Can you guys settle my nerves and assure me that the site www.ezvaper.com is not fake? I ordered my white fu Apollo clone on the 10th, it's 10 days later and still nothing

I should probably add that I went to my account and under status it says that the status is "unfulfilled" which in my eyes means that they haven't even flippin packed it yet. SERIOUSLY???

Did you miss the "preorder" and "currently restocking" in the product descriptions? If you want an ETA for when it's actually going to be in stock you better ask them.
About that: I wouldn't be ordering from any place that provides no physical address, no e-mail address, no mailing address, no phone number and only allows contact with them by filling out a form on the site.

No I didn't get batteries from them. Just the apollo. Also I've read that someone emailed them and never heard a response. I had no idea they were in China but now that I know that it makes sense. So what should I do? I don't want to wait a flippin month for it
Well they responded to my email. They said that they're restocking it and it'll take 5-7 days and that they're sorry for the delay.
At least someone is checking those emails. I just don't want to wait a {Moderated} month for it.

chances are they are swamped to death from the holiday break. And they have to catch up on 4 weeks of orders, restocking and emails.

ordered june 3 . been trying to get ahold of them on 4 email occasion . no reply zip nada . finally instagram helped, i guess the product i bought "hobo" was backordered which i didn't know and that they'll split the order shipment with the velocity pre order june 15 . i didn't get tracking info and no more replies on social network . it's funny they removed a picture i had made a comment against . but that didn't stop me from making another comment . july 8 i filed a claim .
