F4313 E-Pipe

I just picked up a F4313 from The Better Way To Smoke and I really like it, however my XL cartomizers are too large to fit the stem. I would post this elsewhere, but I am new to the forum.

Has anyone else had experience with this product, if so, what cartomizers are out there that are the right size? Lacking that, is there anywhere I could go to find a cartomizer size chart?

Thank you, I really just need to take some measurements, something to do tomorrow. So far I have to say I like the pipe form factor, i just wish it wasn't so finicky about having an appropriately sized cartomizer. But it still got me through a convention and I was able to refill the carts that came with it, but they are starting to not function so well.
