Is it just me or does facebook connect not allowing email setting in the user CP?

I quit face book after I heard they would not allow ecig advertizing. I saw a funny post on 10 reasons to quit Facebook. I wish I had saved it now. Sent it to a friend who farms on Facebook, and didn't hear from him for a month.
Yah its BS... I can advertise my FB eVaporWorld group but can not advertise the ecigs directly!

I have seen ads on facebook concearning E-Cigs.

It seems I've got it. Try this out, see if it works for you
-Log into Facebook
-At the top right - Account
-Account Settings
-Notifications
-Scroll all the way to the bottom until you see Other Applications
-Check the box on the ECF line
-Save changes
This may not be necessary, I don't know
-Account
-Application Settings
-Edit Settings on the ECF line
-Additional Permissions
-ECF has permission to Send Me Emails
-Log into Facebook
-At the top right - Account
-Account Settings
-Notifications
-Scroll all the way to the bottom until you see Other Applications
-Check the box on the ECF line
-Save changes

Keep a PASSWORD spreadsheet with URL, USER, AND PASS... Works for me. hehee
