Clearomizers are basically a filler-less Cartomizer; Carto fluid is held by fiber Clearo's have a sealed reservoir.

Instead of a metal tube they use a clear plastic tube which allows you to see the juice. The main difference between a regular Carto and a Clearomizer is placement of the ceramic cup and heating element. Normal Cartomizers have a heating element at the bottom closest to the battery connection while Clearomizers have a wicking system that allows the ceramic cup to reside at the top nearest the mouth piece. This provides a slightly warmer vape which some people prefer.

Most notable con (for some people) of the clearomizers is the necessity of a syringe. When you buy them from whichever vendor (several carry them. i.e. clouds of vapor, nhaler, gotvapes...etc) a small soft plastic needle tip will be provided. You will need to purchase a syringe separately.

I don't know if this is the right place to post this question, but how is the easiest way to make 100%vg e-liquid thin enough to use in a ego tank e-cig?

1. Distilled H2O
2. or PGA (pure grain alcohol is used sparingly in certain concentrated flavours for DIY and in a few recipes by some of the favorite pro mixologists.)

Do not use tap water
Do not use spring water
Do not use filtered water
Do not use water with minerals added

Good morning. Hopefully I chose the right place to ask this question. I'm a newbie, and I'm not all that big on forums, but I'm finding that this is a great place for information that the e-cig vendors don't offer. So, the question; I understand the difference between the pg and the vg, and the pros and cons, but what is the e-juice itself? Is it simply flavored oils? If so, then why couldn't one use food-grade glycerin with flavor oils as an e-juice (for flavor vaping only, obviously)? Thanks in advance.
