Fast Shipping?

I went for an order with this company because I heard they had very fast shipping. Everyone says "Oh, I got my order in 2 days!" I wasn't expecting that, but I would have liked to have gotten it sooner than 7 days after order, which is what it looks like the case will be.

Had I known that there was an option for expedited shipping I would have paid extra for it, but I figured an order placed on Tuesday would get to me sooner than 7 days later.

The site says to allow 72 hours for delivery to post office after order. And that's the only reason I'm not on a rant, but it would be nice if you could find out when an order will actually ship instead of the guesswork and non-information that the USPS tracking provides.

Was it a US based co? Usually my US orders only take 2 days unless they on advance let me know a reason...but even thats never happened. Strange, maybe they had to wait for stock or forgot to mention they took a cruise (lol)? Glad you finally got ur order tho- I know how waiting is...it sucks! Esp for e-cig related stuff!

I always add 3 days to my orders from what they say, espicially if you order on a thursday or friday, where are you located

The company was InnoVapor. And I've not gotten my order yet.

I'm in Missouri. I ordered on Tuesday. When I noticed that it hadn't yet shipped I called InnoVapor. Got a call back from someone there who told me that it would ship Thurs. I checked with the tracking number and it appears that the post office didn't receive it until TODAY, Fri.

Think I'll order elsewhere in future.

Sheesh...Do you think you are the only one that ordered on Tuesday? Not knocking you, but I think you are being a little ridiculous. IV has no control over when USPS updates their tracking system. As a matter of a fact, it isn't a true tracking system, it is a delivery notification system. I have found that it takes my orders about 7 days from order to delivery and I live on the East Coast.

I am sorry about your shipping times, please send us an email to INNOVAPOR@GMAIL.COM and we will be able to give you a better estimate of the time for your order, once it does ship then USPS is supposed to update their system, for some this update does not show until later. If there is anything else that we can do for you please email.

I've ordered from IV a few times. From order to delivery it's been as short as 3 days & as long as 7. Pretty much, unless I pay extra for expeditated shipping, I don't start complaining until after a week. Never had an order take that long, so no complaints. I have an order now I'm jonesing for because of the backorder situation. But I really, really like the Rich. So I'm trying to wait patiently. I've always had great service from the folks at IV!

USPS.com will make you want to gouge your eyes out if you are trying to 'track' your package. I placed my order late on Tuesday this week, I received order confirmation immediately, and wednesday night I had the tracking info. I walked out to meet the mailman today but he didn't have the package. Feeling a bit dejected I took a lonely stroll back down to the mailbox a couple hours later, and after calling the post office to check if there was a package there for me, and I almost shat myself because it right there in the mailbox! Not sure how it happened but it got here. 2 days shipping from SLC to Cali is about as quick as it gets for priority although I initially expected tuesday of next week so I'm pleased.
