Hangsen certainly has a better reputation than Dekang(IME) I would also try their Liqua which is Italian & authentic too.
I have compared it to some I bought @ 2 x the price here & it's identical.
Check out the 'Stickies' on the forums as a lot of shippin Co are not shipping E-Liquid. at the moment there is chaos with Hong Kong shipping

I find their e-health Tobacco flavor the best cigarette imitation I've ever come accross.
It's a pity the specs are unknown; no specs on nicotine percentage and PG/VG ratios.

if you like VG in your cheap eliquid then look into Liqua. the dekang dk tab isn't fully duplicated by the hangsen clone, tab blended, but is a bit harsh. I use the dk tab 1 part to 2 or 3 parts diy tab blended to approximate the dk tab flavor with more vg and less harshness.
Somehow I don't trust these figures. I'm used to 18mg and I have a bottle of Medium which feels more like 18mg than 12mg to me.
But I can't find "the e-health website" either. There are several websites carrying names like that but none of them is from the original manufacturer.
I would think twice before ordering anything from FT right now. There's infinite waiting once FT ships the product. It gets stuck either with the customs or the Aviation Authority of China. Then there's xx number of days with "no updates" on shipping.
Its not the case with Hong Kong shipping only, same with Singpost .. FT sends packages through Hongkong Post, Swiss post or Singapore post. All three are doomed!

I took that info directly off F.Tech on the reviews of the product you posted, he just stated 'taken from e health website' so cant be any help I'm afraid

I ordered the Rocket n AGA T2 etc from FT - order date -11/11 - at my door 11/22. No juice or batts though. In the past I did order some Liqua from them - I really didn't like it. Then again taste is subjective. Being curious I emailed Liqua twice to try to confirm if FT was a legitimate supplier of their e-juice - no response. That doesnt mean FT is not a legit supplier - could mean they are and Liqua doesnt wanna say it cause of the ridiculously low price. Overall I am very cautious about where i get e-juice - mostly from reputable US vendors - JC, HHV, AVE etc. My 
Personally I ordered 3 bottles, 2 from Dekang and 1 Liqua flavor. They are all absolutely horrible. I would not even try another flavor myself. Cheap doesn't matter if you throw it out.
I ordered some of the eHealth I think it's called about two weeks ago and it arrived yesterday. I ordered Fruit Punch and Red Cow, both in medium, and it's really good. $8.xx for 100ml and I was prepared to toss it if it sucked and surprisingly, it's better than a lot of juice I've had. M gonna try their peach, cherry, and apple with my next order
