It doesn't matter. USA payment processors and credit card companies put all the burden on the retailer for everything, including delivery to customer's address. That's why when you threaten chargeback you usually get resolution. Chinese retailers especially hate chargebacks. I don't know why but it may be because they cost them more, I dunno.

Just seems like that is Throwing Rocks at the Wrong Person. Especially over a 12 Dollar rda.

Maybe that is why FT Blackballs many who do Charge Backs on them?

Then there would be no use in even contacting them. Just order another one and get a $12 RTA for $24.

Someone has to lose and it won't be the USPS or any carrier because no insurance was purchased.

Everyone has to make up their own mind as to how to approach a situation like this.

BTW: I agree that it's asinine that a retailer is responsible for package delivery even though they have no control over it. But the payment processors and credit card companies in the USA have those rules so as to deter fraudulent deadbeat retailers from collecting money and never shipping the goods. Their reasoning is if you, the retailer, are concerned about the package, then buy insurance. If not, then you chance losing the product and the revenue from the sale.

Yes it is really annoying when USPS loses a package and they get all doe eyed over it, like "Oh noes, look here, they scanned it at your door (and tossed it in the back like, to be part of their mystery gifts for the day) and no insurance isn't really feasible unless you are doing 2 day in-USA shipping.

I have had great mal persons and awful ones. It truly is kind of important .I mean, it's like impossible at times. For a few brief weeks we had a Postman who was drunk I think. He "delivered" a LARGE box (addressed to someone else, not just like EVEN near the door just center of the front yard, and we (our subdivision) were all trading mail for weeks and sometimes it is important and contained like, checsk and stuff. We finally got him fired, but ti was a PROBLEM.

I just checked my Sourcemore order, it is moving, but more slowly. I attempted to get a refund out of 2Fdeal, hoping that will work because they haven't processed yet. I ordered from the German warehouse and EVEN though I changed my address, well, they still had it wrong.

Sourcemore wanted 8 bucks for shipping See, that does blow me away if you are goin to charge like any other retailer, well, sorry, you should have SOME responsibility for it arriving on time. I am going to ask for a shipping refund because it is OVER 4 weeks late. That might be fine if the shipping were "free" but it wasn't.

Apart from the 2fDeal thing which was a bit of an impulse buy though, I mean, COME ON COMPANIES. Get it together.

I believe I am done with China at present. I understand shipping stuff is NOT all their fault but they should put a REALISTIC estimate on their packaging, not a fake one, ESPECIALLY if you are paying.

Also 2Fdeal has the most poorly designed website I have ever seen. LOL.

Fast T took 2 months for delivery of 1 Brunhilde 5ml MTL before covid started.
Sourcemore very recently took 3 weeks for delivery of 1 Brunhilde 5ml MTL.

After contacting FT they said they would look into it eventually i received the Brunhilde and purposely waited 1 full week to see if and when they would get back to me,
They Never did after a week getting it so i sent a message that i did finally get it .

Been ordering from FT for years but they have steadily gotten worse so no more orders from them for really do not need anything anymore but cotton down the road. Everything else has been secured for life.

Well this is very strange. I got a call from USPS this morning. They have a picture of the package that was delivered to Denver and it's addressed correctly to a different person. This leads me to believe the problem may indeed be with FT. The woman say's she is getting alot of report's of this same issue.(more then normal)
Annie did reply as well. She asked me to contact USPS and said she would contact her shipper.
I guess the good news is it's possible the package could still show up.

I have around 8 orders from FT going back to march. All small cost items. 1 of the orders took only 2 weeks. 5 of the orders are showing out for delivery today by USPS and 2 are showing that they just hit customs in the US. The one that took only two weeks was shipped first to HK by FT using some service and then reshipped from Hong Kong to me.

I think the problem is transport from mainland China to USA. There are not many flights like there used to be to take it from China to US.

I wouldn't at this point order anything from FT unless willing to wait 2 or 3 months to get it.

My latest Fasttech order took 7 weeks. The first tracking # and pic of my package was bogus. (it was NOT the package I received)
The second tracking # said my package was delivered to the other side of the country @ week 4.
Third tracking number was given after complaining about the first 2, Took a week to receive and they gave it to me the day my order hit the states.

I received cheap plastic tea light from China a week ago.
Didn't order it, no idea who shipped it. My Mrs went into Covid panic mode and made bin it and wash my hands.
You may have been "brushed".

There’s an e-commerce scam going around called brushing, in which sellers use fake accounts to buy their own products, then mail them to unsuspecting people. This is all a roundabout way of ensuring they can write positive reviews for their own products.
