Fasttech DHL service! "Service" :)

Ordered something from FT (first time) on sunday evening. Im moving country on the 3rd of next month, so i paid for the DHL service. I forgot to include my tel no, so item didnt ship until wednesday. I have opened a ticket and i am being told,

"You may allow it 2-3 business days for the initial acceptance scan."

Does this mean my item has shipped or will be shipped in 2 or 3 business days? Customs are a pita here, so will be close if i get it on time or not.

Anyone have any experience with FT's DHL service?

Now being told,

" Sorry for the confusion. This DHL tracking number.6674863624.is not the final correct one..

Hong Kong DHL facility will open this package for inspection and use a new tracking number to ship the item. This tracking No. can be obtained within 1-3 working days after we mark the order as shipped..

We will update the new tracking No. to your order once we have it..

Thank you for your understanding."

That's exactly right..the initial tracking # is just temporary from FT for you... until DHL actually accepts and scans the package ( 2-3 days usually) and provides FT with the actual ,tracking number that DHL assigns it and one FT will provide you, that you can actually use for DHL tracking purposes....
