Just got mine. This is a very high quality piece of gear. Just vaped and hits like a freight train. Will definitely have to drop my nic 6%. I still need to fiddle, and there's a lot to fiddle with, but I couldn't be happier. Glad I didn't listen to the naysayers. Way better than my RSST. I would have been happy with this one at $100. Very nice. My two cents for now.

Ergghh. No, no, no, no, no... No, Dave. No.

No, no, no, no, no...

1, 2, 3, 4, 5... Ohh, WTH.

Roflmao.....this is the best thing I've gotten from FT yet, and I do love my Vamo V3 stainless and my SVD. Think they'll start carrying GG or Kir Fanis anytime soon? Maybe svoemesto, cause that would really work for me?

Not to be annoying... next time you take a picture, would you put something on the side of it like a Hotwheels car, or a quarter for visual reference... Thank you!

I received my clone yesterday but didn't get to try it out since it was missing the o-ring between the base and bottom tank section. The top tank section and clear plastic tank section were not screwed together correctly. I thought for sure the plastic tank would get stripped when i took them apart but it came apart smooth, went back on smooth and is now straight. Overall the threads are looser than my RH Herc but are smooth and the polishing is really nice. I expect it to work just as well as my RH Herc but i won't know until i replace the missing o-ring.

Mine came in about 8 days.
Update: try using 2 or 3mm silica when rebuilding, and put a piece of ekowool or a couple strands of silica right where tye coil is. That silved the gurgling issue for me. This thing vapes like a champ. Im getting a really warm vape with great flavor at 8 watts.

Here's is mine on a Natural in 18350 mode. Have gone through about 40 ml of juice so far. Vapes like a champ and a joke to setup (after watching Imeo's YouTube videos)! So far I have only had two other rebuildables if I discount the Protank and like products, IGO L and RSST. Even after I have tweaked the hell out of the IGO L (ribbon micro dual coil with cotton at .8 ohm) and RSST (400 mesh/cotton hybrid with ribbon at 1 ohm) the Fasttech Ithaca clone is my preferred vape using a mech. I cannot comment on the RH version or real Ithaca but here are my observations so far on the Fasttech Ithaca clone:

- Comes polished SS like in pics (metal is non-magnetic and when I scratched the metal there is no sign of brass).
- Threading is good and everything fits well together once I cleaned all the parts.
- Was missing a rubber washer that goes on the basic feeding part. In Imeo's videos there was a washer on his basic feeder.
- Thorough cleaning is a must, full of machining oil. I had to scrub the oil and grease off most of the parts and threads with a tooth brush. The interior of the mouth piece was caked with grease.
- The airflow controller works as designed but needed Teflon plumbers tape on threads to prevent the airflow controller ring from too easily changing position.
- juice controller function works well but must be fully closed when removing the small top cap for refilling otherwise you will get gurgling or will flood the atomizer and produce leaks.

I have not experimented with different coil builds and wick combinations yet. I just did exactly what Imeo shows in his video and love the vape, best vape I have experienced on any setup including other people's genesis setups. My setup specifics:

- dual coil mounted in the ceramic cup like an "X", one coil on top of the other netting .8 ohm using two 1.5 ohm ready wires from COV.
- wick used was 3mm German silica, took a flame (lighter) to the silica like Imeo suggested before wrapping the coil.
- fast to setup with ready wires (pre-made wires), from looking at a dissasembled unit to testing to first vape took me maybe 10 mins.
- first time I have liked a silica wick based build, I have always preferred cotton.
- vape is warm which I prefer
- Burns through juice quicker then anything else I have used or own.
- with the dual coil setup I had to go from a 12mg 50pg/50vg juice to 6mg.

In summary for about $36 shipped to me in California (took 6 days to get to me), with the build quality, features and the fantastic vape that I get this is a steal. Not only would I highly recommend this atty to anyone that can safely handle a rebuildable, I am going to order another just to experiment with. Might even get a real GGTS or a MKB-TS to use with it, so I can have a spare setup.

Too bad the tank is polycarbonate. I'd be all over this if it were glass.
Oh damn I was about to buy this, the Polycarbonate is a deal breaker! I vape a lot of tank cracking juice with my pro tank and was looking for a solid metal piece that would stand up to tank crackers and falls. This would be an expensive replacement if the tank cracked. They made the damn thing frosted like it was polypropylene. Anyone know if the hercules is polycarbonate as well?
