I've found FT pretty consistent (except during Chinese New Year, LOL, I received orders from AFTER CNY before I got my CNY orders) for me. About 10--15 days.

Also, the only way I can track my order is by using one of those "track everything sites." I have no idea why, but (mis)informed delivery here does not seem to believe that my FT orders are worth tracking, even the DAY before they appear in my mailbox. I have never gotten a single USPS notification, so once your order ships, I'd advise using 17 track to monitor it as it floats wildly across the US and back.

My more realistic advice, is I don't track the dang things. I have never, ever, not received an order from FT, so I just do my best to forget about the whole thing, and only freak if it's been over a month or something, at which point it's just usually taking a scenic journey around the states. LOL.

The nice thing is FT does store all your orders and their status. If you have ordered an item out of stock though, I do think all bets are off, a bit. You could be waiting for 3, 6, 26 days, etc. It will eventually ship, but you may be waiting a long time. You could contact them to ask, or even to request a refund. For a Chinese company, FT does a pretty good job responding to inquiries and etc., and they will usually work with you, etc.

It's one of the things I like about FT, they really do try to maintain a community to discuss various items, and they try to provide a modicum of customer support and etc.

Best of luck,

Anna
With informed delivery did you know that you can add in your package tracking numbers. Even the epacket ones. Mine are starting to show up more and more. As soon as I get a tracking number from fasttech or whatever vendor - I check informed delivery and if it is not automatically there, I manually add in the tracking number. Helps me to keep track. It even works for UPS that get handed over to USPS. As you can probably tell, I use it all the time.

LOL.... I'm glad you admitted using informed delivery first. I've been using it a while to stalk my packages. It's nice that every morning I get an e-mail letting me know if the packaged moved and where it is in the process. Gives a whole new meaning to PS in the vaping world.....package stalking

Anna stols001 is the one who mentioned informed delivery so there's a few of us. I for sure am a package stalker. As soon as I get a tracking number, I check it and if it is not there I add it in. Then when I get my mail I go in and delete it :) :). I actually have 2 accounts - one for home addy and one for PO Box.

What's funny is that being such a package "stalker" I was so surprised the other day a box showed up and I had no idea what it was. I had ordered some yellow 100 watt light bulbs which are kind of hard to find in early April and it just came. Guess it was not that important to me because I did not even follow up.

Here is the mod and it's in stock. When I go to "view and track my order", it used to say ETA is 5/11/18 so I thought that is when it will be delivered, but since that date has gone, it doesn't show me an ETA anymore. I do see a Status of "packaging". I guess this means it's in the process to being package which means it's not shipped yet. I wonder how much longer once they ship it?

$37.01 Authentic Eleaf iStick Pico 75W TC VW APV Mod w/ MELO III Clearomizer Kit - 4ml / 0.3ohm / 1-75W / 200-600'F(100-315'C) / 1*18650 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

When your order status is "Packaging", it means that it will be shipped in about 24 Hours. Or Less.

Now once it is Shipped, it depends on what Shipping Method you picked when you placed your order.

I Always pick USPS ePacket. And once it is Shipped, it takes about 10 ~ 14 Days. Sometimes a few day less. Sometimes a few days More if it gets stuck in Customs.

Crap this is so confusing. Usually if an item is not in stock, it would say "out of stock". The ETA date made me thought that's when I will receive it. Anyhow, it now say ship in 5 days with ETA of 5/14. So this means they will get it in stock on 5/14 and ship out on 5/17?
I hear you. I guess because we order from them fairly regularly we know what they mean. it was either out of stock or for whatever reason was taking that much estimated time to prepare it.

You did say I thought that in your order record it said "packaging", right? if so, then it appears they have it there and it will ship the 14th as expected.
