If the description says "style" (and sometimes clone) they are clones and maybe hit or miss. If an original whatever, they are probably fine. I have bought quite a few things from them--mostly toppers--and it takes a while to get things here. Sometimes they show that they are shipped in the tracking, and then it can be a couple more weeks because they get stuck somewhere along the line. Everything I have bought from them has been fine, though. Ebay vendors sometimes have prices that are only a dollar or two more than FastTech and many do free shipping, so you can get a decent price and get it faster. Anytime I am going to buy anything, I google it to see what is the best price I can find and it often is on ebay.

Check the shipping date on the product page if it says "ships in 10 days" it will possibly be available to ship. Look for products that say ships next day or in stock. I've only canceled 1 shippment from them because of a product that I had to wait more than 20 days for to just become available to ship. Products are pretty spot on with discriptions and photos and prices are good. Tip spend the extra for epacket it seems faster, ive had a product from order to door in less than two weeks and I live in hawaii and thats with transferring from the west coast.

What about their products? Im more concerned about whether they actually work well or not. The low price seems too good to be true

So your going to the dark side, lol. The only reason I say that is because I equate Fasttech with Walmart for electronics and I refuse to shop at walmart (I have my beliefs and reasons)

That being said, I just ordered from Fasttech because I needed a bunch of little things that I'm willing to wait for, so we shall see it will be my first ever order from there.

what worries me, and mabey someone else can answer this, are you getting a real actual Vision spinner battery or a knock off for the $11-15 that word "style" is important, If it were me I would rather spend the extra $5-7 bucks and get the real thing from a US vender and get it in a few days!

So im looking around onlime amdI ran in fasttech.com. on fasttecb they have ego c twist and vosion spinner style batteries for 11-15 $ how reliable is fasttech and the products they sell?

Good place to order some rebuildables.
Batteries? I don't see the point if you got them locally; mods - yes.

There's problems with shipping batteries; they don't ship to everywhere;

fasttech is also known as slowtech.

When you say you "have your reasons and beliefs," I have to assume that the reasons are ethical, and I probably have the same reasons for not shopping at Wal-Mart. On the other hand, Fasttech is nothing like Wal-Mart. If you look through their web site, you'll see that they have their own beliefs and they treat their employees extremely well. A couple weeks ago they were closed for a few days because they gave all their employees a vacation for a Chinese holiday. Also, if the quality of customer service is any indication of how happy the employees are, everyone I've dealt with there seems to really want to make sure the customer is satisfied. If your concern is about the factories where these products are manufactured, well, wherever you buy them from, they're the same products from the same factories, and as far as I know they're all made in China. If anyone had any information about which products come from factories that are more humane, I would love to know about it. I was on the KangerTech web site once and I think they're at least willing to show pictures of the inside of their factory, so maybe that's a good sign.

Anyway, with regard to the original question, everything that is an authentic product rather than a clone has the word "authentic" in the product name, so if you don't see that you can assume it is a clone. Some products, such as the twist/spinner batteries and the Innokin Itaste mods, do not seem to have clone versions. With some products, like some of the clearomizers and the standard Ego batteries, most of the reviews indicate that the generic/clone versions are as good or better than the authentic products. The reviews do all seem to be from real customers, so I think we can trust them. As an example of something where the clone product is not at all the same, the clones of the Kanger Protanks have a polycarbonate tank rather than a glass one, so you do want to make sure that you closely read the descriptions. And they do seem to have good return policies if you get something defective, where they even pay for return shipping, and it does seem like with the generic products, a certain percentage of them will be defective.

Regarding shipping, the estimates listed on the checkout screen seem to be pretty accurate, and if you want to get your order as quickly as possible, you do want to make sure that everything in the order is listed as "in stock." I also had a few items where the estimate changed after I ordered them, so you should check on your order the following days - if some items are ready to ship and others are not, you can contact customer service and tell them to split the shipments. Also, if you are ordering anything containing batteries, a lot of the postal services consider batteries "hazardous" and will not ship them. The checkout page is setup to not allow you to choose a shipping method where any of your items are prohibited, but the first time I made an order from FT, they routed it through Hong Kong Post, and it ended up being sent back to them, so you may want to double check on that. I recently received an order including batteries that went through Malaysia Post, so I know that shipping option will work.

Btw, if you're getting an Ego Twist, I recommend the rainbow one - the color is on the metal rather than a sleeve, and they've changed the design to make the dial easier to read; I think maybe all the 1300 mah ones also have the new dial, but the 1300 mah Egos are a couple mm larger in diameter than all the other ones, so if you're using small size tanks it won't line up perfectly.

Shipments aren't taking a month to the US anymore. If it goes in an ePacket you're looking at 2 weeks if you don't get it cut open by US customs. I have $200 order coming in tomorrow, exactly 2 weeks after placement. On a prior order I sprung for the EMS Express shipping and had it on the 4th business day, even with customs rifling through it.

I strongly suggest that as soon as you receive your package, go to your order history and check that it has been received. That way they will know what shipping methods are the safest and fastest.

I also had a pair of items backordered. I sent a message to customer service requesting any color of the items, and they responded in 36 hours saying that the order had been changed. It is now on its way.

Lately I have been disappointed with the length of time to get my orders but I have never been disappointed with Fasttech products and their customer service. I have always gotten my questioned answered and help with any issues. I love saving money so I don't care how long it takes. I have been ordering from them almost a year so far and can see it changing in the future.:)

Everyone who has answered you has a valid answer. I have gotten batteries from them that were not all that great on the other hand I have bought a few Kayfuns that were just as good as my real Kayfuns. When I started to vape a year ago I bought a Chi You mod and I still use it when I send my ELA back for recon. Look at the reviews of the product it is generally in the description of the product you are looking to buy. Use e-packet it will get to you faster. That's My :2c:
