Paczki is one the greatest donut type pastries. They are Huge in Michigan.

Oooh yeah my mom (born and raised in Poland) makes some mean paczki. And gulumpki. And barszcz. mmm. Miss moms cookin :(

Gulumpki, mmmmm. I make them myself and love them, but still not as good as my Grandma's she was from Poland too.

How about Chanina (sp?) duck blood soup or Pierogi's anyone??
