Faulty sax clearomizer?

I'm new to vaping (3 weeks) but I've settled on my preferred equipment. I've got two e-pipes from ePipeMods and I use sax clearomizers with these pipes. I use a 2.0 ohm sax clearomizer from ePipeMods with my smaller e-pipe (18350 battery) and a 2.4 ohm sax clearomizer from DiscountVapers on my larger e-pipe (18500) coupled with an eGo Booster.

I've been using the same two sax clearomizers on my e-pipes for about a week. The 2.4 ohm clearomizer I've been using is the second one I got from DiscountVapers. The first one lasted about a day. After refilling it twice with no problems I refilled it a third time and the e-juice ran out of it like water through a sieve. It was dripping out of the center hole of the eGo connector contact.

After letting 1.6 ml of e-juice run out I rinsed out the clearomizer and filled it several time with water. The leakage persisted.

Did I do something to break the clearomizer when I was refilling it? Is there anything I can do with it to stop the leakage? These clearomizers are disposable (not rebuildable). Is it just a "bad" clearomizer that I should just toss?
