firstly are you sure the coils are seated properly and tighten enough ?
If so put a paper towel over the airflow holes and blow through the driptip (softly not like a maniac :p)
if that dosen't work could be a faulty device but i'm no smok fan so can't really say tbh as i don't have experiences with anything other than a big baby beast.

What Qc said. Otherwise it sounds like the coil is being drowned, try turning wattage up and see if that helps. Hopefully your device is charged and you're not just low battery, cause that can cause a similar effect. If that doesn't help my typical response would be to take it all apart, clean it, dry it and check O-rings.

Typical maintenance stuffs. I'm not a pre-built coil kind of guy so it could be the nature of the beast, pun intended I suppose. Here's a vid showing how to take it apart:

Yes, it does sound like all the major bases are covered, good luck trying to get this working, if none of the above remedies work might want to take it to a vape shop and see if they can help you sort it out (the only other thing I might add would be to check your 0-rings and make sure they are providing a good seal. If none of that works, might need to warranty it, but honestly this sounds like an issue that can be resolved. Good luck,

Anna

Well, since you "just started vaping", I'll start with the very basics first:

1. Did you give the stick a full charge before starting and charge it completely when drained?

2. Are you sure it is on, that the light around the fire button lights when pressed?

3. If it lights up while pressed, does it flash 3 times (I think) when released?

4. How long have you been hitting the coil it came with and if you have changed it, did you put in an M-2 coil?

5. If you have changed with an M-2 coil, did you prime it well before firing?

Sorry for such basic inquiries, but sometimes it turns out to be something simple. And please report back if you figured it out as that may help others with the same problem and will help those of us trying to help!
