mount baker Vapor is US based, quick, cheap and have a pretty big selection. Most of their liquids need to be aged/steeped for a week or two to get better flavor out of them.
My current favorite is My Freedom Smokes, also US based and quick. I like alot of their tobacco based liquids. From what I can tell no aging/steeping is needed.

None of my MBV liquids needed steeping to taste delicious. My favourite (so far) from MBV is Rainbow Sherbet, I get mine 80/20 with 2 flavour shots. As far as high quality liquids, I enjoy Virgin Vapor. Someone recommended Black Cherry Berry from Pocono Vapes which I just got today, already went through 5 mils of it. It's really good too.
As far as devices... I bought an MVP2 from MBV, just because. I got a mini protank 3 and a Nautilus + kanthal + replacement heads from Viper Vape. Kind of indifferent, I enjoy products from everywhere.

I have not found a one stop U.S. based online shop yet. A couple of sites I do recommend checking out though are kidneypuncher and madvapes.
Pink spot or virgin vapors for juice vv juice needs to steep tho also esixvapors has one called Benny brew which is my favorite custard is ridiculous how good it is

Do NOT deal with eLiquid-USA unless you like being charged for items that you ordered but are left out of your package while still listed in the packing list only to never get any response whatsoever regardless of how many calls and emails you send!!
Trying to save a few dollars is totally NOT worth dealing with any vendor that's not listed on ECFs trusted vendors list and well reviewed by fellow ECF members. I thought I was doing well ordering from them and saving $5. Ended up costing me 10 times that!!!

Unsurprisingly, you're getting a different recommendation with each post. It's like asking what our favorite e-liquid is.
I think you need to define "favorite". For me, it's good prices, dependable shipping and a reputable staff that fixes mistakes. I would simply check out the Forum Suppliers listing up top. Also the coupon codes. I have used over a dozen online suppliers, most of them listed here at ECF and honestly, I haven't found a bad one yet.
I like My Freedom Smokes for purchase of e-juice and hardware. Good prices. Good service.

Can't say I have a favorite. I do like to shop around and generally stay with a company for a few months then try another brand. I only get fruity flavored with zero nicotine. You got to try all sorts of company's and don't be afraid to get extra shots of the flavor.
I have to wholeheartedly agree with Nicoticket for juice - in my short time in the vape world, I have not come across a company that I have been more impressed with than them- from the juice itself, to the turnaround time, customer service, the community that they ARE - *Full Package*
