Maybe the influence of Dr. Gottlieb is starting to take root at the FDA. Today they extended the timeline for applications for new e-cigarette clearance by the FDA to Aug. 8, 2022. The are also making moves to reduce the amount of nicotine in analog cigarettes hoping to move people from analogs to e-cigs.
