It seems as if the only thing that will work is going to be a lawsuit against the FDA and the CDC. The problem will be in discovery as this administration seems very adept at hiding and not releasing information they chose not to be made public.

It's increasing appearing that way.
But technically, the lawsuit(s) would be need to be filed against DHHS Secretary Burwell and the FDA.
