FDA extends public comment period for scientific evidence on e-cigarettes from April 15 to July 2 (but fails to inform public about date change).
Comment Opportunities

On March 20, the FDA sent out an e-mail (announcing the June 2/3 e-cig workshop) that mentioned the July 2 deadline for public comments (but never mentioned that the deadline was being extended from April 15 to July 2).

The FDA only updated its webpage (cited above) today stating the July 2 deadline (after I spent more than a week sending e-mails to FDA and to its CTP ombudsman inquiring about the actual deadline date, and inquiring why FDA's webpage still stated that April 15 was the deadline during the past 10 days).

The FDA still hasn't announced (to the public) that they changed the deadline (unless you happen to stumble upon their website).

Another ECF thread (urging vapers to submit comments) cites the April 15 deadline.

I've added the extension date to the first post in the thread you linked.
