As many here probably already know, the FDA just released the guidelines needed for premarket tobacco product applications. However, a lot of uncertainty still remains, most notably a clear timeline.
I'd be really curious to hear what people think this move on the part of the FDA means. Are they going to let Judge Grimm's ruling in American Society of Pediatrics v. FDA stand? Are they just covering their bases but will appeal? Is the deadline going to be moved up? Let me know what you think!
