Personally I don't think any agency or anyone should be allowed to be covered by sovereign immunity, that just tells these people that they can pretty much do whatever they want regardless of who or how many people are hurt by their actions. Be it theft, property damage or even murder, any person or agency that has sovereign immunity is free from prosecution by the laws that everyone else has to abide by.

The FDA can be sued, just not for monetary damages. You can only sue them to force them to do what they're supposed to do, according to the presiding judge. Jonathan Emord has successfully sued them 7 times I think.

Jonathan Emord is the only attorney in history to defeat the FDA in Federal Court 7 times.
6 times on First Amendment grounds.

So... Let's have a fund raiser and hire him. (just joking)
