That's just sad. 
The local stations can only carry what their tobacco salesman contract will let them carry. They can't compete with who ever they're under contract with, no matter how better the product.
Remember the Pepsi, Coke wars! If a place sold Pepsi, they couldn't sell coke.
Yet, the stores & gas stations can carry various brands of cigs, just not eCigs. Aarghhhh.
