That would seem logical as a next step. ...

So then one would Wonder would JUUL cave and support Face-2-Face Sales Only?

Because there is Only One More Step for JUUL after a Flavor Ban/F2F Only regulation. And that would be a Limitation of mg/ml on the 5 Flavors that JUUL is allowed to Sell.

Not sure how well a 6mg/ml or 9mg/ml JUUL would work?

Makes sense they went after Juul, they are making the most money. Last I heard Juul was around the $15 billion mark.

Get ready for B&M to at least double their prices to cover taxes.
Some companies are already proffitting from what appears to them as JUUL's demise.....I found this when look for info on the JUUL....

"Due to recent media coverage concerning JUUL, Expert Vaping can no longer recommend the JUUL Brand.

However, Mig Vapor, now offers the perfect JUUL alternative that looks, feels and functions the same as the JUUL for HALF the price!

(The price for JUUL is $49.99 – The Mig Vapor Trap Pod is only $19.95)"

The FDA article mentioned in the report is here -> SAGE Journals: Your gateway to world-class journal research

During the study, smokers who were inexperienced in the use of e-cigarettes were introduced to vaping and trained to use an e-cigarette by an experienced e-cigarette user. All participants had to vape the e-cigarette with a minimum of one puff every 30 seconds for 10 puffs, in accordance with different publications.19 Every puff had to last for 4 seconds for this study. Each participant had to fulfill all three conditions to complete the study and to be analyzed.

They gave test subjects a 24mg/ml ecig and required them to take puffs of at least 4 second length, one puff every 30 seconds for 10 puffs. That would raise my BP and pulse, too!

When this is finished they will go after America's horrible eating habits. Using something like health care is just so costly, we won't let you partake in the foods that put on weight or cause health problems. I hope I do not live long enough to see that.
The government has already tried that a few years ago.

I think they would. They've reached the point now where they are very well merchandised at C-stores and such...

For most people trying to transition off cigs? Probably not well at all. But 18 or 24 would probably be useful.

Yeah... that is the way I See it also.

F2F Only isn't going to help Many of JUUL Competitors either. So I'm not putting JUUL in the "Ardent Defender of On-Line Sales" category when the time comes.

Have you seen some senators? I'm just saying. They're not models.

Nothing will happen to FOOD. Everybody eats, even politicians.

I think various state mandates... Oh my gosh, those didn't fare too well. If the food thing takes off, it will be via the mechanism of food stamps, etc. As of right now in my state, the state that contains the politician Jeff Flake (my husband is convinced that he is stepping down so he can be "appointed" into McCain's seat) and some other Republican can get voted in presumably....) IDK Jeff Flake is hard to predict, who KNOWS.

In any case you can still buy Diet Pepsi using food stamps and that is not only NON nutritive, it's actually bad for you.

There are no "everybody does X" assaults/attacks usually, I mean when the WHOLE general populace becomes a bit.... agitated, politicians don't like it I mean at least SOME people have to vote for SOME of them, it's the smaller minority groups that get targeted?

Ban teens? I'm imagining some "teen camp" out in the desert, kind of like a failing school only 24/7. It would get dangerous as the teens got dissocialized eventually culminating in air drops of needed supplies as things devolved into Lord of the Flies, a book I actually found eerily terrifying.

My teen would not be going, but otherwise it's kind of a great idea.

I would HATE to “have” to buy E-Cigs from B&M shops, not that I haven’t bought from them before or don’t like supporting them but some charge $30-60 more than its selling online for. Haven’t been to one in years now but, the mods I did get back then such as The Sigelei Mini 30W, IPV Mini V2, iTaste VTR and a couple others were way overpriced and I just can’t pay those prices again. Lol little rant needed

If you think their prices are bad now, just wait until they ban online sales. Online prices are what is holding the B&M Prices down since they have to at least somewhat be competitive. If online sales are banned then B&M's will only have to compete with each other and prices are going to go through the roof.

The FDA could easily stamp out most (if not all) of Juul's direct "competitors" by enforcing the "No new products introduced after 8/8/16 without a PMTA" part of the Deeming against them. Juul was clearly on the market prior to that, but I can't think of a single similar product that was.

I have the type of perception and personality that makes me think that I'm going to live forever. I don't know how to stock up for that.

Just buy one of these and fill it with 100mg/ml nic liquid and store it in a cool dark place. 275 gallons should last somewhere between 3000 and 6000 YEARS depending on how much you vape and at what strength. If you go with the "unmentionable strength" nic base, then it would be 30,000 to 60,000 YEARS.

rose...I agree...prices may (at least) double...IF the shops stay open...

After Pennsylvania placed a 40% tax on e-cigarettes (Mods, Tanks, e-juice, coils, etc.) on 10/1/2016...about 92% of the B&M's in PA. have closed...
